The dog whimpered. The demon dog, dismayed by the princes’ rebuke, lay flat in front of Rashid. Rebecca, who had fallen, nervously brushed off the hem of her dress as the aristocrats, who had been avoiding an invisible distance, sneakily caught up again.  The aftermath of the dust raised by the dog caused coughing fits here and there.

“Uhh——”

Of course, her gaze was on her good brother’s tail, which was wagging nonetheless. Maybe it’s for the better! Maybe! As her expression became increasingly hopeless, Rashid furrowed his brow. Of course, she knew very well that such an expression was his way of showing concern.

As her sisters and brothers flapped their wings together to prevent the ring from falling, Haniel closed her beak tightly and held her breath. How strange! Although she didn’t quite understand, seeing everyone enjoying it so much seemed like she had discovered the ring herself. Finally snapping out of it, Haniel regained her senses when she saw Teacher Darren approaching her in an imposing manner.

Spreading his wings, he grabbed the ring hanging from his beak and pushed Haniel and the children outside.

[Now, we need to hurry before I can praise you.]

*WOOF!*

When the dog that had dashed out of the forest barked, Darren’s expression became even more intense. They had delayed enough time, and now there was not much time left.

[Where is the transport team?]

[Sir, here!]

A goose, who had been preparing in the forest, raised its head. Using birds like ducks or geese alone had its limits in appearing naturally until the main building of the duke’s residence. At least a goose would be inconspicuous enough to pass through the eyes of the clumsy nobles.

[Don’t worry, we’ll fly in a way that looks like we’re all moving together!]

[It’s the third window from the left on the second floor.]

Listening to Darren’s final request, the large-winged geese spread their wings and soared into the sky. The flock of geese soaring through the sky, crossing the blue lake, was a spectacle. Everything that could be done here was now finished. Darren, who covered Hanhiel’s wet body with his large wings, looked up at the sky with remorse.
