“Don’t worry, Noel. It was helpful. To me.”

“Do you want to see?

Rieta leant down on the window frame and began to write each and every name tag she and Noel had spent all day making.

Originally, she doubted she could have memorized anything while playing like that, but now she knew.

This was a very good way to study.

“Look, I memorized it right?”

Rieta smiled softly, sticking out the paper.

Her golden hair shook prettily along with the slight movement of the shoulder.

“…You really.”

Why do you always smile like that?

Noel thought that it was truly a waste for such beauty to be possessed by someone like Rieta.

He didn’t understand exactly what’s causing that feeling, but anyway.

“Huh?”

“Please behave more like a Princess. Have some dignity!”

“Dignity?”

“Dignity! At least act solemn and gentle!”

“How come you don’t understand me when I’m at a disadvantage?!”

“That’s- Noel!”

As the two were about to start arguing again, a serious voice was heard over the thick curtain.

“Dignity is an attitude that commands respect. Princess.”

It was the voice of the Duke.

The two went pale as they looked at each other, listening to the voice on the other side.

“And it is a virtue that every living person, more so any Princess or Young Master, should possess.”

The red curtains were slowly pulled.

Finally, the Duke and the two children came face to face.

His eyes seemed to reproach them for their “lack of dignity.”

Noel and Rieta couldn’t resist.

Sinning, concealing the truth and hiding behind a curtain were the actions of those who had no dignity.

The Duke led the two back to the portrait they had just stuck the notes on.

The portrait of the two elders looked as terrible as they had imagined.

Noel and Rieta finally bowed in front of the Duke and the portrait.

He roughly got the paper off.

In the memo, he saw Rieta’s handwriting. There was also a slight mark on it.

‘Nice Noel, thank you.’

….What is this.

He looked behind the memo.

When did she write this behind his ‘wonderful genius gentleman’?

He began laughing so hard.

It’s true that there had been a lot of trouble since Rieta came.

Still, he thought, It was better with the Princess living there.

The next day, Noel woke up early in the morning and wrote “not a guest” on a piece of paper, before attaching it to Rieta’s back

Fortunately, Rieta carried that small piece of paper he had attached all day.

All passing servants nodded as they saw Noel’s writing on her back.

After a week, the evening of Rieta’s ‘Imperial language Class’ arrived.

Noel found Rieta hesitating in front of the Duke’s office.

Seeing how many times she debated whether it was okay to knock, while crumpling the test paper —she seemed to have ruined it before even knowing if she had failed.

Poor thing.

Maybe she had forgotten everything once she removed the notes.

“Is father that scary?”

He crept up behind Rieta and asked.

Startled, Rieta looked back at him with a slight scream.

“You surprised me—!”

As she hurriedly hugged the test paper, Noel smiled devilishly.

“Why don’t you let me see it? Was it that bad?”

“Uh, it’s not that bad.”

“Don’t worry. Do you think my father would have expected you to do a great job?”

He quickly shut up when he saw the test paper Rieta confidently gave him.
